Light Years |
A blog dedicated to the feature film "Light Years" based on the short "Some Boys Don't Leave" |
Omg! Omg! Omg! Eureka!!!! ;p
I watched this like a year ago but I can watch it over and over again.
“Some Boys Don’t Leave” strarring Jesse Eisenberg…
- A short film about break-up and holding on. Heartbreaking. Feel the pain. Directed by Maggie Kiley for AFI, if I’m not mistaken. Correct me if I’m wrong.
Anyway I can’t even get enough of the song. The one playing in the end ‘How You Do’ by Matthew Puckett. I pressed ‘repeat song’ in my iPod. I wonder how many times I’ve heard it. hahaha
Kudos!!! Two Thumbs up!!! PLS DO A FULL LENGTH MOVIE!
Your wishes have been answered because they are doing a full length! Maggie Kiley is directing it and it is called Light Years.
Clark Gregg, who also stars in Light Years, is in the Avengers (aka most amazing superhero movie) as Agent Coulson. Everyone should see it!

Chris Lowell and the cast of “The Help” wins Outstanding Ensemble in a Motion Picture at the Screen Actors Guild Awards 2012. Congrats!
thesongmaker asked: When will the trailer be out?
It should be out once the movie is finished editing. Let’s hope it is in a few months. I’ll post it here once it is out.
Light Years is mentioned in Allison Janney’s profile for Sundance. Good luck to her there with her movie, Liberal Arts. Here is the link to view more about Sundance on the Hollywood Reporter’s website (http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/gallery/scene-at-sundance-film-festival-283673#35)
“I love how Chris Lowell seems to be the opposite of Piz.”
